Do I need to make a deposite?

No. We do not require a deposite for any event. Payment is taken day of the event. We ask to be notified as soon as possible of cancellations and time changes.

Is there a cancelation fee?

We dont have any cancelation fee. We do ask to be notified as soon as possible for any cancelations or time changes.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend inquiring as soon as you know the date of your event to ensure we have an artist for you. Leo and Diego are booked quickly.

Can I customize the balloon decor?

Yes. You can provide us with a color pallete and we will be sure to incorporate it.

How far do you travel?

Anything past Carlsbad may require a minimum number of hours depending on the location. Call for additional details.
